Subscription Refunds and Cancellations
For subscription orders, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first subscription order.
Refunds for subscriptions are available within 30 days of your first subscription purchase. After the first subscription order, future subscription charges are not eligible for refund once processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account portal or by contacting our support team. This does not affect your ability to cancel future subscription orders. It only limits refunds to the first subscription purchase.
